What is Boo Haven?

Boo Haven offers ghost tours and group experiences for queerdos and revolutionaries. Our tours and events are uniquely designed to highlight the oft-overlooked protagonists of Connecticut’s paranormal lore and historical legends. Come for the scare, leave more aware! 

Tours take place in downtown New Haven and last about 1.5 hours. Please be prepared for periods of standing and a decent amount of walking. Wear comfy shoes! 

Masks (K95 or better) are encouraged for outdoor events and required for in-door events.

How much do tours cost? 

Tickets for public tours are offered on a sliding scale (and tips are much appreciated!). Private tours are available upon request. All payments can be made to @ghosttourguideNH on Venmo/Paypal. 

Who will be my tour guide?

Joy (she/they) is a queer, poly, radical witch who lives with her two cat familiars in New Haven, CT. She’s a social worker by day and ghost tour guide by night. Boo Haven is the result of her desire to tell thrilling and entertaining ghost stories in ways that also leave people more connected and inspired.
